Colin's background in building, and electrics has meant that he has seen many examples of stunning furniture that with a little care and attention could be brought back to it's former glory, but without specialist knowledge, as to how, is often discarded and thrown away.
With years of experience of problem solving, and working with all types of wood, he decided to pursue a personal interest, and specialise in furniture restoration.
He believes that every piece of furniture restored, not only gives pleasure to those that own it, but contributes to the world by preventing another item going to landfill unneccesarily.
